When will my order Ship?

We know you’re excited to rock your new tee — and we’re just as excited to send it your way!

Most orders ship out within 1-2 business days. During busy seasons or big promotions, it may take a smidge longer — but we promise we’re working hard behind the scenes to get your goodies out ASAP.

You’ll get a tracking email the moment your order hits the road. If you haven’t seen it, be sure to check that sneaky spam folder!

How long does shipping take?

Once your order ships, it's usually in your hands in about 2–7 business days (depending on how far you are from our sunny HQ in Texas).

You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your package hits the road, so you can stalk it like your ex’s new girlfriend — no judgment.

Need it faster? We offer several upgraded shipping options or you can pickup if you are local.

What is your Exchange Policy?

We want you to love your tee as much as we do! 💛

If it’s not the right fit (literally), we offer exchanges for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition — no deodorant marks or mystery stains, please!

Once we receive your return, we’ll email you a store credit so you can pick something that’s just right.

When will I receive my Refund?

We issue store credit once we’ve received and inspected your return. This usually happens within 3–5 business days after your item arrives back at Sunfire HQ.

You’ll get an email with your store credit info as soon as it’s ready — so keep an eye on your inbox (and maybe your spam folder, just in case).

What is your Return Policy?

We want you to love what you ordered — but if it’s not quite right, you can return unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery for store credit.

A 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit. (We’re a small biz, not Amazon — we appreciate your understanding!)

Returns must be in original condition — no makeup stains, pet glitter, or “worn once for a selfie” vibes.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to change or cancel your order, email us ASAP at [email protected]. We’ll do our best — but if your order is already in production or has shipped, we can’t make changes. (We move fast around here!)

Where are your shirts made?

Our tees are printed and embroidered with love in Texas. Shirt blanks come from trusted suppliers and are mostly USA or ethically sourced. We keep it comfy and conscious. Our brands include Gildan, Comfort Colors and Bella+Canvas.

How do your shirts fit?

Our tees have a relaxed, true-to-size fit — soft, lived-in comfort from day one. Check our Size Guide for measurements if you’re between sizes.
